ACAO planned and hosted healing circles with members of the community in person and online. We had to move some of our healing circles online to ensure the safety of all participants and to allow more people to share and exchange with one another. The healing circles included youth, teenagers, adults, and elders in the community. Members of the community expressed their gratitude for creating such a needed space. These discussions were extremely insightful and helpful for many participants. We have received very great feedback from participants and we strongly believe that the community needs more healing circles like this. All COVID-19 measures were respected for the Healing circles that were held in person.
